Absolutely. Each piece is handcrafted in our Worcester studio using recycled materials where possible. Our packaging is also eco-conscious – protecting both your jewels and the planet.

To maintain your celestial treasures:
• Store in original packaging when not worn
• Avoid contact with water, perfumes and harsh chemicals
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth
• Hair accessories should be kept dry and stored flat

We deliver worldwide from our Worcester studio, except to a few remote areas we’re working to reach (some Asian and remote locations). All international customs fees are calculated at checkout – no surprise charges.

Once your handcrafted treasures are on their way, you’ll receive real-time tracking information to follow your celestial-themed package every step of its journey.

We offer 15-day returns because even bold choices sometimes need rethinking. Items must be unworn with original packaging. Please email [email protected] to initiate a return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
