Our Earthbound artisans need 1-2 business days to prepare your handcrafted treasures for their cosmic voyage to you.
Shipping Methods
We offer two celestial shipping routes to deliver your Wolf & Moon treasures:
Standard Shipping (£12.95):
Via DHL or FedEx
Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
Via EMS
Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note we currently cannot ship to Asia and select remote regions due to interstellar shipping restrictions.
Payment Planets
We accept cosmic currency through: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
Celestial Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes cosmic alignments need adjusting. If your handcrafted treasure isn’t quite the perfect fit for your universe, our returns policy ensures a smooth journey back to us.
Stellar Return Guidelines
To qualify for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unworn condition (like when they left our workshop)
- Returned within 15 Earth days of delivery
- Accompanied by the original packaging and any certificates
Celestial Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All other jewellery and accessories (necklaces, headpieces, hair clips, etc.) are eligible for returns.
Custom-made or personalized items (like engraved pieces) cannot be returned unless faulty, as they’re crafted specifically for your cosmic journey.

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (helps us improve our celestial creations)
- Whether you prefer exchange or refund

Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once approved, carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging with:
- Completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)
- All original tags and certificates
- Any free gifts received with the order
Step 3: Send Your Celestial Parcel

Important: We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refund Constellation
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds will return to your original payment planet (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
Exchange Orbits
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchange shipping is free within our cosmic community (global except Asia and select remote regions)
Faulty Meteorites
If your item arrived damaged or faulty:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll cover return shipping costs
- Choose between repair, replacement, or refund
